Judy G. Estell - President & CEO
Ms. Estell is a local resident of Franklin, NC. Ms. Estell founded Western Home HealthCare in 1997. In addition to
her stake in Western Home Health, Ms. Estell is the CEO of a number of
health related companies in North Carolina and and
Georgia.
Donnie L. Griffin - Administrative Vice President
Mr. Griffin has been the Administrator with Western Home
Health since 2003. Mr. Griffin is responsible for all day to day operations of
the company.
Angie B. Stone, R.N. - Director of Nursing
Mrs. Stone joins our team our team a few years ago, as our previous Director of Nursing retires. Mrs. Stone brings with her extensive home health and IV experience. She is responsible for the development of all nursing nursing procedures and policies.
Shirley Douthit, RN - Assistant Director of Nursing
Mrs. Douthit assists our Director of Nursing in Patient
Admissions, Assessments and Monitoring. Mrs. Douhtit also provides employee
assessments and feedback for field staff and clients.
William J. Stamey - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Stamey has been with Western Home Health since 1999.
He has worked in scheduling, field work, supervision and bookkeeping. He
currently does all private and state billing as well as as serves as CFO for all of
our office locations.

VACANT is responsible for processing paperwork for
contract billing processing for a number of State and locally funded contracts
which Western Home Health works under.
VACANT - On Call Coordinator
VACANT, answers the phone in the evenings and on weekends. VACANT is experienced in
staffing coordination as well as being very familiar with the company's
policies and procedures.
