Our staff meet and exceed State of North Carolina requirements to ensure client comfort, care and satisfaction. Some of these essential requirements include:

• Criminal Background Check conducted through NC SBI
• FBI Criminal Background Check (for Caregivers under specific programs)
• Current License or Certificate in good standing
• Affidavit of Good Moral Character
• Verifiable work references
• Employment Physical and TB test indicating employee is "free of signs and symptoms of communicable disease"
• Current CPR Card
• IV Certification for RN's and LPN's
