Clients who pay directly.
Private Insurance
For clients who have private home health insurance (from companies such as National States, Penn Treaty, Pioneer Life, American Travelers, etc), Western will submit all billing and paperwork directly to the clients insurance company on their behalf. Western does not control the decisions made by the insurance company, but we can assist you through the submission of insurance related paperwork for your home health claim.
Trust Accounts/Guardianships
Clients who's trust officers, bank officers, Guardians, Care Managers or related responsible party pays on behalf of the client.
Electronic Payments
For those clients interested in making payments electronically, Western Home Health now offers on line bill paying through your local bank.
